Employee Relations Expert

At Elevation Recruitment Group, we're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join our team. As an Employee Relations Expert, you will be responsible for leading on disciplinary, grievance, and appeal cases, as well as advising on complex sickness and disability cases, underperformance, and hearings/appeals. You will provide a high level of expertise and support to key stakeholders, as well as coaching teams on best practice to ensure it is consistently applied across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on disciplinary, grievance, and appeal cases
- Advising on complex sickness and disability cases, underperformance, and hearings/appeals
- Providing expertise and support to key stakeholders
- Coaching teams on best practice
Requirements:
- Deep technical employment policy and employee relations knowledge
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor managers and stakeholders, challenging where necessary
- Excellent People Management skills, driving improvements in performance
