We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading healthcare provider and contribute to the development of our HR function. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, providing advice on absence management, and supporting the development and review of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to line managers on complex people matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employment law.
- Manage a portfolio of cases, prioritising activities based on the needs of each case and working closely with senior managers' teams to ensure effective case management.
- Monitor and provide advice to managers on absence management, including identifying trends and implementing strategies to reduce absenteeism.
- Support the development and review of HR policies, ensuring they remain up-to-date and compliant with current legislation and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with other HR professionals to achieve business objectives and improve employee engagement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced organisation.Experience of working in a multi-site organisation and knowledge of TUPE transfers.CIPD part-qualified or related qualification (support available to continue your qualifications).Strong influencing skills and ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the ability to apply it effectively in practice.What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
