About This Role- Shape and lead a local people strategy underpinning regional and global strategies.
- Manage a complex multi-year workforce transformation programme from a people perspective, resulting in a significant shift focus on a new Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Create a sustainable model underpinned by location and talent strategy, applying Strategic Workforce Planning.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include coaching abilities to support leadership teams on matters from people issues to personal development, managing the end-to-end talent management process, supporting the business in hiring and onboarding, identifying talent internally, and facilitating succession planning activity.
