About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to join our team at Sixty Eight People. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture team, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with leaders to design, implement, and communicate effective processes that are up to date, legally compliant, and deliver a positive impact.
  • Support performance management, appraisal, promotion, and reward processes to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  • Oversee the Talent & Culture team to analyze and review statistical reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Director to create and deliver the talent acquisition plan for new business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
