About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our People and Talent function at Runna. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in both our UK and US offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process end to end, ensuring the acquisition of the best talent through effective talent acquisition strategies, streamlined and standardized processes, and regular feedback to hiring managers.
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to support career growth and professional development for all team members, fostering continuous learning, skills development, and leadership growth.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage a robust performance management process, including setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with industry benchmarks.
  • HR Operations: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of employee records, payroll, ATS, and HRIS systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR or People Operations role, ideally as a Head of People, Talent Director, or similar, in a fast-growing startup.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present new ideas to leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
