About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at Insulet Corporation. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to support our international business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing international talent acquisition team, focusing on high-volume hiring and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to drive business growth and expansion through effective talent acquisition and management.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and recruitment partners.
  • Provide market research and competitive intelligence to inform talent acquisition decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable country regulations and employment laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing strategies, and social media recruiting.
  • Knowledge of local federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
