About the Role

Aramark UK is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to fill the position of Chef Supervisor at HMP Rye Hill, a secure prison facility in Rugby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, working closely with enhanced inmates, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit
  • Prepare basic quality foods within a set pre-ordered menu
  • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment
  • Complete relevant paperwork and due diligence forms
  • Act as an excellent team player and manage conflict effectively
Requirements
  • 5 years' residency in the UK and legal right to work
  • Pass full security vetting and DBS checks
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • Experience working in large-scale kitchens
