Head of Kitchen Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing menu plans that meet our high standards
- Overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served
- Leading and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as great perks and learning opportunities.
