Senior Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Rugby, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation during service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Develop and implement creative menu ideas, utilizing fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and creative work environment.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen cleanliness according to health and safety regulations.
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with a strong track record of kitchen management and team leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and health and safety protocols.
- Creativity, passion for cooking, and ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
