We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef / Supervisor to join our team in a full-time position. This role will involve managing daily kitchen operations, assisting enhanced inmates, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

About the Role

This is a 37 hour per week, 5 day a week position with a generous holiday entitlement. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, stock checks, and relevant training.
