Executive Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Kitchen Assistant to join our team at WSH Group.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of food preparation safety and hygiene standards.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing fresh seasonal menus.
- Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and maintain high food quality standards.
- Support and guide kitchen staff to foster a productive team environment.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
