Culinary Operations Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain well-stocked kitchens.
- Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, experience supervising a team, and experience in a similar Chef role. You will also need to hold a Food Hygiene certificate and have a flexible approach to working.
