Home from Home Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Lodge Care and Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our residential lodge, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

This role would suit someone with experience in administration, customer service, and community management. As a live-in manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the lodge, including co-ordinating activities and events
  2. Manage contractors and complete health and safety checks
  3. Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
  4. Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, customer service, or community management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office applications
