Job Title: HR Resourcing Administrator
Company OverviewDevon & Cornwall Police is a leading law enforcement agency in the South West of England, dedicated to serving and protecting the community.
We are seeking an experienced HR Resourcing Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, managing candidate data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, managing applicant tracking systems, and conducting interviews.
- Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to hiring managers, including preparing interview materials, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
