Job Title: HR Generalist Position
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Wise Employment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing best practice and providing advisory support for managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex ER cases
- Respond to HR queries
- Produce HR documentation
- Develop policies and procedures
- Provide advisory support for managers
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or higher (desirable)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- FTE salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid weekly
- 28 days annual leave
- Pension scheme
Location: Devon, Temporary, part-time contract
