HR Professional

This HR Generalist role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable employment agency, Wise Employment. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing best practice policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and supporting line managers.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,500 per annum, based on a part-time contract. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive benefits including paid weekly, 28 days annual leave, and access to a pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage complex employee relations cases
- Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers
- Produce HR documentation, including contracts and handbooks
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications, such as CIPD Level 5 or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
