Job Title: HR Coordinator

About the Role:
Thrifty Car & Van Rental, the largest privately owned leasing company in the UK, is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Exeter Head Office. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in coordinating HR processes and providing exceptional support to managers and employees across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with managers to facilitate effective handling of new employee onboarding and address basic disciplinary matters
• Manage HR queries, administer contract changes, and oversee various HR processes
• Address HR queries from employees and line managers promptly, ensuring a consistently exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle
• Ensure the consistent, fair, and professional application of procedures in accordance with current legislation and company policies

Requirements:

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
