We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our busy HR team in Exeter.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, requiring someone who can provide exceptional support to managers and employees across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR processes, handling new employee onboarding, addressing basic disciplinary matters, managing HR queries, administering contract changes, and overseeing various HR processes.

As part of our dedicated and fast-paced HR team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with line managers and their teams.

You will also contribute to ad-hoc HR-related projects as needed.
