About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Exeter, responsible for leading on employee relations, HR reporting, and payroll support.
Remuneration: £30,500 FTE Pro Rata | Part-Time | Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- You will partner with managers to identify HR priorities and provide guidance on people practices, including team restructures and succession planning.
- Lead on employee relations issues such as flexible working, bereavement, and maternity/paternity leave, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Oversee HR reporting, payroll support, and payment-related processes like P11D and SIP information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience partnering with managers and navigating sensitive HR matters to achieve positive outcomes.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) with strong knowledge of employment law.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
