Company Overview: Teaching Personnel is a leading provider of educational staffing solutions. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team and support staff in a SEN school in Exeter.
Job Description: As a Human Resources Administrator, you will manage all HR functions within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with employment legislation and school policies, supporting staff with HR-related queries and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with school leadership to enhance staff engagement and development.
Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 per hour
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience in a school setting, preferably within an SEN environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
