Portfolio HR & Reward is currently seeking an experienced Reward and Benefits Strategist to join our team in the UK. This exciting opportunity will involve implementing total reward packages, supporting annual salary review processes, and working with external partners to design and manage employee and partner benefits.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional with previous experience in reward management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, be proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, and have a strong understanding of legislative reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing total reward packages that align with the company's overall strategy.
  2. Supporting the annual salary review process, including participating in project planning, benchmarking pay bands, and reviewing benefits.
  3. Working with external partners to design and manage employee and partner benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  4. Reviewing and authorising the monthly payroll.
  5. Maintaining, updating, and developing the HR system to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Leading on legislative reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
