The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Inpatient Care Programme Coordinator. This critical role involves leading the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Care Group's Inpatient Transformation Programme, which aims to drive improvement in population health and healthcare in the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care Board area.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working across a range of health/social care services and hold a professional degree in either a health or social care profession, or a degree with a strong leadership or transformation focus. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Inpatient Quality Transformation programme, led by the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board.
  • Lead the Culture of Care standards review across the Shropshire Telford and Wrekin Care Group's wards and services.
  • Implement the Patient Carer Race Equality Framework in inpatient and community settings.

Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £58,861 - £76,354 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect to receive an excellent NHS Pension scheme, generous maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, options for flexible working, and up to 27 days annual leave increasing with service up to 33 days.
