About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Transformation Specialist to lead our Inpatient Transformation Programme in the Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin area. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or existing NHS leader to drive change in this key area.

The post holder will work closely with internal staff, senior management, service users, and external stakeholders to develop and deliver safe and effective services aligned with national targets and clinical standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and transformation, with experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of the Inpatient Transformation Programme, working closely with internal and external partners.
  2. Monitor and report progress against programme timelines, developing collaborative relationships with professional leads and service managers.
  3. Develop and support the delivery of safe and effective services, aligning with national targets, clinical standards, and service priorities.
