About the Job
">As a Healthcare Support Specialist in the Cardio-respiratory Department, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals. This includes managing patient appointments, dealing with enquiries, and supporting the physiologists in their work.
Key Duties
">- Booking and managing patient appointments, including making and altering appointments as needed
- Answering the telephone, taking messages, and responding to patient enquiries
- Admitting and discharging patients, and assisting with queries from the public and hospital colleagues
