We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, supporting them with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and helping them to maintain their independence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to possess empathy and a warm-hearted approach, as well as the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support.
