Job Overview

At Prestige Nursing & Care, we are seeking an experienced Community Support Specialist to join our expanding team. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will involve assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household duties.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a full UK driver's licence, and your own vehicle. You will also need to have good professional and personal references. As a Company, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £16 per hour, paid weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, Blue light card, free DBS check, enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes, continued professional development, weekly pay, holiday pay, and refer a friend scheme.
