About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Colorectal Clinical Nursing team. The post holder will provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients referred for colorectal services.

We are looking for someone who is ready to develop their clinical and leadership skills, with experience in a higher-level nursing post and a keen interest in stoma care and colorectal management.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing specialist nursing advice to patients and colleagues alike, with a focus on stoma care and colorectal management.
  2. Supporting the development of staff caring for patients through education, practice development, and role modeling.
  3. Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and timely discharges.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, leveraging their existing knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in this role.

We offer a competitive salary, including a base salary of £45,859 per annum, plus benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and flexible working arrangements.
