Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Care Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in care and excellent communication skills.

The role involves providing medication management and administration, help around the house, personal care, continence care, and general emotional support.

The estimated salary for this role is £12 - £18 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits include:
