We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in Shropshire, providing community-based health services for adults and children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, promoting best practice and delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for providing skilled clinical support, gaining valid informed consent, and working within legal frameworks with patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a 'can-do' attitude and determination to develop and sustain a dynamic and responsive administrative and operational service within a community setting.
  • Organise and deliver skilled clinical support work without direct supervision.
  • Liaise with senior clinicians regarding patient care, highlighting any variations to expected outcomes from agreed treatment programmes.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse on the NMC register
  • Able to demonstrate a level of English language and grammar commensurate with writing in service user case notes
  • Previous NHS experience, particularly in community nursing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
