About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Professional to join our team in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

As a Care Professional with Active Care Group, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and challenges. You'll be responsible for delivering person-centered care, promoting client choice and control, and working collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent care and support to vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • A willingness to learn and develop, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience of manual handling procedures and ability to participate in training as required
  • Able to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to direction from the care manager as appropriate
