Team Lead for Care Professionals

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Adult Care Night Team Leader. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

The Role:
  • Supervise and lead your shift, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary precautions.
  • Collaborate with care assistants to provide exceptional resident care.
  • Support the leadership team in developing services that meet the needs of our residents.

About You:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
