We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Improvement Lead to join our team at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our patients receive outstanding care and that we maintain a focus on continuous improvement within our Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Agenda.

As a member of our small team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to promote best practice and quality improvement across the organization. Your strong clinical background and ability to positively influence others will be essential in driving change and improving patient outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality improvement and has a proven track record of achieving results. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
