This is a permanent position in our Engineering department where you will lead continuous improvement activities and strategies across the site. As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing current processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing changes to reduce costs, waste, improve efficiency and productivity.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strong problem solver who is data-driven and has a passion for driving change. You will work with various tools such as Lean, six sigma, 5s and Kaizen methodologies, and liaise with internal departments to identify areas of improvement and project status. Additionally, you will provide internal training programs and presentations on CI and Lean principles.

Requirements:

  • Experience within similar roles such as CI, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing">
  • Familiarity with various tools such as Lean, 5S, or Kaizen">
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities">

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
