We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Expert to lead continuous improvement projects and strategy across our site in Telford.

About You:
  • You will have a relevant degree or qualifications and experience in a similar role, such as CI, Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing
  • You will be familiar with various tools, including Lean, 5S, or Kaizen

In this role, you will improve current processes, identify areas of concern, and implement improvements using Six Sigma qualification - not essential.

Our salary package includes an estimated £39,500 per annum, reflecting the competitiveness of the industry and the location.
