We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Process Optimization Expert to join our team in Shropshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work-based experience, as well as experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer within product development in a similar environment.

The successful Mechanical Process Optimization Expert will be responsible for verifying manufacturing processes, developing operating instructions, and providing training and guidance to colleagues.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,000-£47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
