Andrecruit Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Process Quality Manager to join their team in Shropshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working as a manufacturing engineer.

Job Description:

The Process Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of manufacturing processes, working closely with the quality team to verify the effectiveness of quality control systems.

This role involves verifying that manufacturing processes are fit for purpose, developing operating instructions and troubleshooting guides, and providing training and guidance to colleagues.

The estimated salary for this position is £43,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify manufacturing processes are fit for purpose and achieving quality and performance targets
  • Work alongside the quality team to verify the effectiveness of quality control systems
  • Develop operating instructions and troubleshooting guides for processes/equipment
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues for existing and new equipment
  • Monitor manufacturing processes, identify and justify potential improvements

Requirements:

  • HNC Qualified in Mechanical Engineering / Advanced Apprenticeship or equivalent work-based experience
  • Experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer within product development in a similar environment
  • Good understanding of APQP & PPAP
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Practical problem solver
  • Ability to work individually or as a team
