The role of Quality Manager at Prince Personnel Limited is a permanent position that comes with an attractive salary range of up to £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans to ensure seamless execution of customer specifications and requirements.
  2. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to company quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF, and AS standards, to maintain a high level of quality excellence.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Analyze and prepare quality performance data for review, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Internal Audits: Lead internal audits and develop the internal audit plan to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
  5. Non-Conformance Resolution: Investigate and resolve non-conformances both internally and externally, utilizing quality investigation techniques to minimize future occurrences.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor company performance data and collaborate on improvement actions to enhance overall quality.
  7. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare quality plans, inspection test plans, and other documentation to guarantee compliance with customer specifications.
Requirements:
  1. Quality Experience: Proven experience working with ISO 9001 and additional complex quality standards, such as IATF and AS.
  2. Hands-On Approach: Ability to provide a hands-on approach to managing quality systems and standards.
  3. Quality Management Tools: In-depth knowledge of quality management tools, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, and problem-solving techniques.
  4. Previous Success: Previous success and current ambitions within Quality Engineer/Quality Manager/QHSE Manager roles in a regulated manufacturing or engineering environment.
