About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for driving our quality management systems and activities. This role requires a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of improving processes.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include overseeing and facilitating quality audit schedules, ensuring all bought-in parts and components meet quality standards, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes, managing the sample testing and inspection process, and managing product testing processes. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation of new quality procedures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days annual leave, a company pension scheme, private medical insurance, an employee assistance programme, and a company bonus scheme.
