Job Title: Senior Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
Wentworth James Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Telford. Working primarily on night shifts, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems to support production targets.

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
  1. A proven background in mechanical maintenance engineering within manufacturing or processing environments.
  2. Knowledge of conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and other industrial machinery.
  3. Familiarity with health and safety requirements in an industrial setting.
What We Offer:
  1. £45,000 - £55,000 per annum salary package.
