We are embarking on a significant transformation programme to strengthen our residential care offer in the area of vulnerable children and young people. We are proud of our high-quality services for children in Shropshire.

About This Role

You will lead a team of practitioners, reporting to the Registered Manager, to ensure the home promotes the best outcomes for young people and meets regulatory requirements. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
