This exciting opportunity is available at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, where we seek a skilled Centre Management Specialist to lead our Trauma and Orthopaedics Centre for 12 months on a fixed term/secondment basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective management of resources to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Implement performance management systems to support the Centre's Operational Delivery Plan.
  • Analyse complex information to monitor clinical and financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Masters-level education or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
  • Significant experience in senior management or professional roles in the acute sector.
  • Expertise in team management, business strategy, planning, and service improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving operational efficiency.
