Shropshire Doctors Co-operative Limited 'Shropdoc' is seeking an organised and flexible Relief Primary Care Centre Assistant and Driver to support our team in providing high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting clinicians to home visits, greeting patients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Primary Care Centres. This is a part-time role with varied shifts, including evenings and nights, and additional hours are often available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting Clinicians: Safely transport GPs to home visits using Shropdoc's vehicles.
  • Patient Management: Greet patients at Primary Care Centres, manage appointments, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, and other administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain Shropdoc vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 30% uplift for evening and night shifts. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, NHS pension scheme, paycare healthcare benefits, and access to national discounts.
