About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Care Companion, you will provide comprehensive support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and household management, to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their own home.
You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their individual needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of their care is met with dignity and respect. Your warm and empathetic approach will help build strong relationships with our clients, making them feel valued and supported.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in care settings, such as residential or domiciliary care. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
Benefits- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
