About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management, report preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage the Director's email inbox, responding to queries and prioritising tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider business, including reception duties and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
