Bowel Cancer Screening Specialist Wanted
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their Bowel Cancer Screening Team as a specialist. As a Bowel Cancer Screening Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting health improvement within bowel cancer screening.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing health inequalities and promoting health improvement within bowel cancer screening. This includes creating links with other field workers, visiting GP practices, and liaising with healthcare professionals to organize promotional information and events. The post holder will also be responsible for working towards Core20PLUS5 and the NHS long-term plan of early detection and diagnosis of cancer.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects.
  • Excellent written skills and ability to produce reports.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and evaluate findings.
  • NHS experience.
  • Knowledge of the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme.
