Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our team at the NHS GP Surgery. As a Clinical Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing patient records, processing prescriptions, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing scanned documents into patient electronic notes (EMIS)
  • Electronically filing test results and other documents/patient information
  • Performing computer searches and data collection to support practice enhanced services and ensure clinical safety
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike

Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a GP practice
