About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Hospital Administrator to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing support to our clinical and operational teams, ensuring that our hospital runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in managing records, data, and information systems. You will be a detail-oriented individual, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive reward package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical and operational teams, ensuring that our hospital runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage records, data, and information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a relevant health or social care professional registration.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
