Senior Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Join Jupiter Recruitment as we look for a skilled Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in our esteemed mental health hospital located in Romford, Essex. This role offers an exciting chance to make a difference in the lives of patients with mental illness and personality disorders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, developing therapeutic relationships, and contributing to patient assessments. At least 2 years of experience in mental health services is preferred, along with evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
We offer an excellent salary of £40,455 per annum DOE, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, a Group Personal Pension Plan, Private Medical Insurance Scheme, and Continuous learning and development opportunities.
This permanent full-time role involves working 37 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of NMC standards guidelines and professional practices, and a positive attitude towards change and improvement.
