Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services. As a Senior Nurse, you will lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and contribute to patient assessments and care planning.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an excellent salary of £38,596 per annum, DOE, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. Our benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, a Group Personal Pension Plan, Private Medical Insurance Scheme, Life Assurance, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing individualized care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders.
  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Leading shifts, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of the nursing team.
