Senior Mental Health Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans that promote recovery and rehabilitation
- Leading shifts and supervising junior staff members
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong assessment and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary of £40,455 per annum DOE.
